Stirling Castle

Hi everyone! We have had a busy first two days in Scotland. Right after getting off the plane in Edinburgh, we were whisked away to Stirling Castle and the Bannockburn Battlefield. At the battlefield, we saw where the Scottish held off the English attack. Robert the Bruce's statue stands in the battlefield, as he is a significant figure during this battle. At Sterling Castle, we walked together around the graveyard and saw Graves and statues of famous martyrs. Next, we split into our own groups and toured the stone castle. We had fun exploring the Great Kitchens, dungeons towers, the Chapel Royal, and green fields. Like true royals we sang Psalm 47 E and had tea and treats at the Unicorn Cafe. ,
